Refund policy
At Aris Production, we sell digital products such as Roblox maps, assets, scripts, and development resources. Due to the nature of digital downloads, the following refund and exchange policy applies to all purchases.
Digital Products – No Refunds
All products sold on our store are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

The product is delivered instantly after payment.

Once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the right to cancel or request a refund is waived.

All sales of digital products are final.
Consumer Rights
Under applicable consumer protection laws, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content once the download or access to the file has begun, provided the customer has received the product.
Since our products are delivered immediately after purchase, the cancellation period ends once the file is downloaded or accessed.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges for digital products.
However, we may assist in the following situations:

The customer received the wrong file due to a technical error.

The download link is not working.

The product file is corrupted or incomplete.
If any of the above occurs, we will provide a replacement file or corrected download.
